Meaghan Fellinger, MA, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Supervised by a licensed person.
Life can present challenges like anxiety and depression that make it difficult to live in alignment with your true self. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help you find fulfillment and authenticity in your life.
I strive to create a safe, understanding, and empathetic environment where you can share your story without judgment. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on personalized techniques and tools to help heal the invisible wounds we all carry. I am passionate about seeing each client as a whole person, honoring your individual journey and the circumstances that have shaped you.
I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, postpartum depression, blended family and relationship issues, as well as trauma. I use an integrative approach to counseling, incorporating person-centered, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic modalities, and have specialized training in Brainspotting and Neurofeedback.
I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Cal Poly Humboldt and am currently practicing under supervision as I continue my professional growth. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step— I am committed to walking alongside you as you discover your values, strengths, and path to healing.
