I am a relational, trauma-informed psychotherapist who values authenticity and prioritizes depth, presence, and the relationship with my clients as central to change. Collaboration is at the heart of my practice. I believe that healing happens within a partnership built on trust, respect, and shared exploration. I work alongside my clients as a co-navigator in their journey. This collaborative spirit empowers clients to take an active role in their healing process, while discovering new narratives that serve them better. My goal is to create a steady, safe space where you can explore your stories, emotions, and identity with curiosity and care.

I integrate somatic therapy into my practice.I believe trauma is not only held in our narratives but also in our bodies. This approach acknowledges the body's wisdom and its capacity to store emotional experiences. Through techniques that promote nervous system regulation, I guide my clients to reconnect with their bodily sensations by becoming aware of what is happening in their body helping them process emotions that may be too overwhelming otherwise.

As a Clinical Social Worker, I’ve had the profound honor of working extensively with Veterans. It has been humbling to help those with such stories of service, sacrifice, and re-integration. Supporting them has deepened my respect for resilience and further highlighted the importance of creating a safe space grounded in dignity, evidence-based practice, patience, and trust.
